Why pay $1,500 when consultants do free consultations?
A free consultation is a sales pitch. This is a deliverable: your business mapped, every gap priced, yours to keep — take it to another firm or paste it into ChatGPT. And if the map doesn't show at least 3× what you paid, it's free. A free consult can't promise that, because it isn't trying to.
What if you don't find anything worth fixing?
Then you pay nothing — that's the 3×-or-free guarantee. Three times $1,500 is $4,500 a year; one recovered hour a day clears it many times over. If your operation is genuinely that tight, you keep the map proving it, free.
Do I have to hire you to build the fixes?
No. Every fix on the map is tagged and priced: we build it, you build it (with the exact steps written out), or a third party does. If you do build with us within 30 days, the $1,500 comes off the price — and I walk you through the actual build cost live, scoped to what's on your map.
What can Novi actually touch?
Only what you approve. Before anything runs live we set the rules: what Novi reads, what it prepares for review, who approves it, its usage limits, and the off-switch. Everything is logged, and your existing systems stay in place — Novi works inside them.
How is my data protected?
Your business gets its own locked room: every client's agent runs on its own isolated server — one tenant per box, no shared infrastructure between clients, ever. Access credentials live in an encrypted secrets vault, never in plaintext, and access is logged for audit, with a kill switch to pause everything instantly. As with everything here: nothing starts before an NDA, and none of your data is ever used to train anything.
